Troubleshooting the UPDD touch-base driver
If the touch hardware is listed in System Report but touch is still not functional, open the Diagnostics from UPDD console and run the diagnostics:

You will be asked to draw some patterns.
It will create a zip file on your desktop and this can be sent to [email protected]
